I stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel was deluxe, with marvellous location really close to the surrounding areas, the Magnolia House Inn during a week-end getaway to see Colonial Williamsburg and Williamsburg and Virginia Beach. Truly enjoyed a very comfortable stay, I will be back.

Gorgeous Victorian decor, Rich historical charm, Personalized guest experiences
Would love an expansion of recreational facilities!!! Limited parking availability can be a hassle during busy periods!!! More variety in in-room entertainment options could elevate the experience significantly!!!

Staying at Magnolia House Inn was like coming home. Lankford welcomed us with a warm tour, and the Ellington Suite was immaculate and comfortable. Each breakfast was a highlight. Joyce's gourmet meals not only pleased our taste buds but also addressed dietary restrictions, showing a personal touch. After dinner, we loved the fresh cookies that awaited us-especially the chocolate chip/walnut, perfectly baked. The shared seating areas on the porch provided a relaxing morning routine with coffee before breakfast. I appreciated the calm atmosphere, perfect for our family getaway, but room availability during peak times could pose a challenge for future visits. Everything was good, from the charming decor to the attentive hosts, but I'd love to see more amenities in our suite for in-room entertainment.

Couple's retreat worth the trip
The innkeepers are kind, and. The breakfast was this very nice experience, multiple options that got you eager to wait for the next morning.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but it felt justified.
